This membership includes 10 class passes. Enjoy using these at your leisure. Currently we offer two different classes:
- Vinyasa Flow
- This is a movement based class that sends you through traditional balance and strength based postures paired with meditation, breath work, mobility, and challenge for ALL ability levels. This would be what most think of as a "tradition" yoga class. You will learn poses, how to balance, use your breath for power, and flow through poses in succession. Classes traditionally have an opening meditation followed by a closing recovery. Have fun!
- Yin Yoga for Mobility
- This class is the polar opposite of movement, balance, and strength however does include challenge galore for any ability/experience level. We close the eyes, come down the the ground, and focus intently on our breath while holding stretches/postures for extended durrations of time (1-6 minutes each on average). This allows us to learn how to find comfort in stillness. Additionally Yin Yoga can help create profound improvements in mobility and durability of connective tissue of the joints. Tight or sore muscles? Having a hard time getting your shoulders into a stable snatch position? Then it's time to relax, unwind, and stretch you hearts out.
