Join us for an evening of feats of strength! 4 events to choose from, compete in 1 or all 4, or just join us for the party! Music will be pumping, Halloween decorations will be in full swing, and the PR's will be plenty! 
1. 1 Rep Max Back Squat
2. Bench for Max Reps
3. Last person standing Sled Push
4. Max Sandbags over shoulder in 90 seconds

Event WODS

1 RM Back Squat

Athletes will have 20 Minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat. Athletes must load their own weight, and all squats will be walked out from the rack. Hips must pass below top of knee for full range of motion.

Max Sandbags to shoulder

Athletes will have 90 seconds to complete as many reps as possible of sandbag to their shoulder. All reps must start on the ground, and must be dropped to the floor after every rep. Sandbag must be brought to shoulder, balanced, and opposite hand brought away and off of the bag and await the "down" command for rep to count. Men will use a 100# bag, Women will use a 70# bag

Last One Standing Sled Push

Athletes will be required to push a loaded sled without stopping. When an athlete cannot complete the length without stopping, they are eliminated. Once all athletes in the heat have taken their attempt, the weight will increase, and athletes that were successful will continue, until there is only 1 athlete left who can complete the unbroken trip. Starting weights and increases will be pre determined, and to be announced

Bench Rep Fest

Athletes will have 1 attempt to complete as many reps as possible of the bench press. Athletes may use their spotter to unrack to the bar. Athletes will receive a command to begin their next rep to ensure full lockout. Bars do not need to pause on the chest, but do need to touch. Excessive rebounding off the chest will result in 1 warning, followed by a "no rep". An athletes set is over when they can no longer complete a rep, distinguished by lack of upward movement for more than 5 seconds, or any downward movement after the bar has touched the chest within the rep. Male athletes weighing 200lbs and up will bench 225 Male athletes weighing under 200lbs will bench 185 Female athletes weighing 150bs and up will bench 135 Female athletes weighing under 150lbs will bench 95
