Daily Goals

Clean eating

Give yourself a point here if you stuck to your nutrition plan, hit your required number of meals, kept your portions within the bounds, and chose foods from your allowed food list.

Hydrate

Did you drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water? Clean plain water only, no additives, no flavors, and coffee doesn't count!

Exercise

Whether it's attendance to a class, going for a run, or just working in extra 10 minute walks and some pushups, give yourself a point if you added movement to your day.
